This was my first visit. Dr. Lena Go is very nice & knowledgable. The staff at this location are also very nice and helpful. I will definitely return and would recommend this business to others.

Only eye center for my family! The staff is always so nice and helpful. Dr's are great. We never have long wait times. They are informative and patient with my children.

This is a great practice! Everyone is positive, friendly, professional; seems like they love what they do! The office is also very clean and comfortable. I felt very confident in the care I received from the staff and the Doctor.

The doctor and team cared about finding my eye issue. Dr. Heene was awesome with taking time to understand what was going on then her explanation of the issue was easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend

Extremely thorough, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. It’s my go to from here onwards!! Two thumbs Up!! ONE HUGE THUMB DOWN 👎 Don’t even THINK about walking in there asking for another complimentary FREE SET of contacts! Apparently, those things are locked in the Fort Knox for Eyeballs. 😂 They’ll gladly let you stumble home looking for your car before surrendering another box. You got ONE SET—now trust your instincts, hug the walls, and pray you don’t walk into traffic! 👀🙏🤣 And upon further review you may want to RECONSIDER this establishment based on the patronizing culture of feigned Customer service grins which ends approximately 3.7 seconds before the cheap police arrive. After that, don’t expect a freebie, a goodbye, a thank-you, or even a small bottle of eye rinse you’ll accept NOTHING, & like it!!

The staff and doctors here are wonderful and I have consistently had positive experiences coming here for the past year. Everyone is well informed and does a great job at what they do. They are detailed and give me good and honest recommendations, and are always patient, welcoming, and caring. I would recommend!

Absolutely would recommend 20/20 Image in Gilbert. Dr. Ng was awesome and listen to all my questions and answered them all. The front end staff is amazing and so friendly!

Dr Ng is great! The way she worked with my daughter was phenomenal! She was kind, understanding, made sure my child knew everything that was coming, and explained it in a way she could understand. So grateful for Drs like her!

This is the place to come when looking for an optometrist! The staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Ng is helpful, competent, informative and professional. A special mention for Penny. Somehow I was only showing a discount plan in my account. Penny went above and beyond and dug deeper to find I have insurance coverage that saved me thousands of dollars!! So instead of paying more and getting less, thanks to Penny, I got more and paid less. I would have never known any of this is not for Penny taking the time to care about the patients that come here. I was also with Penny when we picked out frames. I had never done that before and Penny made the selection process fun and easy. My time here was enjoyable and I highly recommend Oasis. I will definitely be back!

My prescription is always perfect! The technicians are professional, accurate, thoughtful, and attentive. They do excellent work, and my glasses are always ready in a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciate how efficient they are—they get you in and out without making you feel rushed. I always leave feeling well cared for. Great service all around!

The entire team at Sharper Vision is knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. Dr. Davis always takes the time to explain what's going on with my eyes and how it affects vision, and he's a wonderful conversationalist. The girls up front are lovely, and they always help me find exactly what I need at a price that works. On my last visit, I needed frames to wear in my wedding, and they were SO excited to help me find the perfect pair! Five stars from me every time!

I had a great experience. The doctor explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the exam, and never rushed the appointment. I appreciated the attention to the detail and excellent care. The staff was friendly, and the entire visit was smooth I highly recommended this office.

Hey, my experience Has been exceptional. Customer service was amazing that delivery time of the glasses was one week. The eye specialist that helped me was so kind and considerate and polite.
